Coming Home to Ourselves
Monthly Somatic Breathwork Circle

A 90-minute guided monthly group Somatic Breathwork experience created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and give your body and nervous system space to breathe, release, and restore.

Next Session:
Saturday, October 24, 2026
11:00–12:30 PM EST

 Via Zoom

Investment: $175 per person

Your 90-Minute Journey

15 min · Arrive & Ground
Brief introduction and meditation to help you settle in.

60 min · Somatic Breathwork
A guided breathwork journey allowing you to explore your breath, body, sensations, and inner experience.

15 min · Integrate & Share
Time to gently return, notice what you're experiencing, and optionally share with the group.

What to Expect

You don't need any previous breathwork experience to join. I'll guide you through the entire journey, step by step, so you can simply settle in and follow your own experience.

You may notice changes in your breathing, physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, or simply a deeper sense of presence. Every person's experience is different, and there is no right or wrong way to experience the session.

You are invited to meet yourself exactly where you are. There is nothing you need to accomplish, prove, or force.

The session is held in a supportive group setting where you can move at your own pace and honor what feels right for you.

Come as you are. Breathe. Notice. Receive.

  • You're curious about what becomes possible when you slow down enough to listen to your body and inner experience.
