Let’s Create Together

Somatic breathwork and nervous system collaborations for retreat leaders, studios, and healing spaces.

Why Collaborate With Me?

Trauma-Informed Nervous System Care

I provide a safe container with trauma-informed facilitation that prioritizes nervous system regulation for every participant in your space.

Dual Somatic Mastery

I offer a unique blend of somatic breathwork and somatic body awareness practices, allowing for a multifaceted approach to healing.

Seamless Collaboration

I weave my offerings effortlessly into your existing retreat or wellness space, making the collaboration easy and deeply integrated.

What to Expect in a Collaboration

Opening & Grounding (15min)

We arrive together, land in the space, and clarify your group’s intention. I’ll offer simple somatic grounding and a brief overview of the practice so everyone knows what to expect.

Somatic Practice or Breathwork (60 or 90 min)

We move into a guided somatic practice or Soma+IQ® breathwork session (60 or 90 minutes), tailored to your group. This may include breath, gentle somatic awareness, and time to notice and integrate what arises.

Integration & Closing ( 15 min )

We close with quiet reflection or optional sharing, and I’ll offer simple practices your group can take with them to support ongoing regulation and integration.

Meet Angela

Angela is a Somatic Breathwork Practitioner and Life Coach who supports people in gently reconnecting with their bodies and nervous systems.

Trauma‑informed, nervous‑system‑based approach that centers safety and consent

Calm, steady presence with clear, grounded guidance

Simple somatic and integration practices so people leave feeling more regulated, present, and resourced

My work is shaped by Soma+IQ® breathwork, The Art of Conscious Space Holding, and high-level mindset work with teachers like Tony Robbins and Peter Crone.

When you collaborate with me, you’re inviting in a facilitator who can hold spacious, compassionate containers and thoughtfully complement the experience you already offer in your studio, community space, or future retreat.

Collaboration FAQs

Do you travel?

Yes. I’m based in New York and available to travel for retreats, workshops, and special events. Travel and lodging are an additional cost for out-of-city collaborations.

Do you provide the venue?

This is flexible. We can use your existing space if it’s suitable, or explore an outside venue together. I’m happy to discuss what would best support your group.

What kinds of sessions do you offer for collaborations?

Collaborations can include 60 or 90-minute Soma+IQ® breathwork sessions, gentle somatic practices, or a blend of both, depending on your group, setting, and goals.

Can this be done virtually?

Yes. Virtual collaborations can be very powerful. We’ll make sure participants have a quiet, private space, a stable internet connection, and a place to sit or lie down comfortably so they feel supported.

Who can participate?

Most people can participate, but there are some important safety considerations. Somatic breathwork may not be appropriate for those who are pregnant, have a history of seizures, serious heart conditions, or other significant medical or psychiatric concerns. Participants are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider if they’re unsure.

I own a fitness studio or community space. Does this apply to us?

Yes. This work can be woven into studios, wellness spaces, retreats, masterminds, and private groups. We’ll shape the session around your community, schedule, and the kind of experience you want to offer—whether that’s a gentle nervous system reset, a deeper breathwork journey, or a blend of both.

Is this similar to meditation?

There are similarities in that we slow down and turn inward, but somatic breathwork is more active and body-based. Instead of only watching thoughts, we work directly with breath, sensation, and the nervous system. For many people, it feels like a deeper, more embodied way of meeting what’s already there—rather than “meditation on steroids.”

What is the cost?

Pricing for collaborations depends on several factors: length of the session (60 or 90 minutes), number of participants, whether we’re online or in-person, and any travel involved. Collaborations are a premium offering, and rates are tailored to each event. In a short Collaboration Inquiry Call, we’ll talk through your vision and I’ll share a clear quote for your specific group.

Stress can make you feel cut off from your body, mind, and spirit.                          Your breath is a bridge back to yourself.
