Private 1:1 Sessions (Zoom & In-Person)

For those wanting a deep, personalized 90‑minute Soma+IQ® Breathwork session to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and deeper self‑connection — available online via Zoom or in‑person, held in a safe, contained space where you’re gently guided at a pace that honors your body and your story, so you can gain clearer insight and reconnect with your inner truth.

Couples Breathwork (Zoom & In-Person)

For couples who want to deepen connection, repair after stress, or move through stuck patterns together using somatic breathwork.

In these guided Soma+IQ® breathwork sessions, we work with the breath, body, and nervous system to soften reactivity, increase safety, and open space for honest, heart‑centered communication. Sessions are available online via Zoom or in person, and are held in a grounded, non‑judgmental space for both of you.

Small Group – Up to 8 People (via Zoom & In‑Person)

An intimate Soma+IQ® group breathwork experience for up to 8 participants, designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, grounding, and shared human connection within a safe, supportive environment — available via Zoom and in‑person.

Large Group Sessions (Zoom & In-Person)

Guided Soma+IQ® group breathwork experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and inner balance. Whether you’re new to breathwork or have been practicing for a while, these sessions offer a grounded space to explore the impact of conscious breathing together, release built‑up tension, and return to a more present, connected state.

Transformational Life Coaching

Personalized coaching sessions, available virtually or in‑person, designed to meet you exactly where you are in your challenges, patterns, and tender places. Sessions weave therapeutic conversation, intuitive guidance, deep listening, and somatic healing to help you gain deeper insight into your current season of life and explore grounded pathways for transformation and growth.

Calm Somatic Practices (Group & Private)

Gentle somatic awareness sessions to help your body unwind, your nervous system settle, and your mind soften. Through breath, mindful awareness, and kind guidance, you’re invited to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel more grounded and at home in your body — a quiet space to care for your nervous system in a gentle, non‑rushed way.
